Consistent Quality

Automatic production guarantees consistent quality at a high standard, which can be measured exactly by time and capacity. We can produce 400m2 of brick panels per day using the RedBloc brick panel technology and erect the shell of a home within another 8 hours. Without impacting on quality.

Clean wall and minimal use of material

Full automation of the production process allows us to lay the prefabricated blocks exactly on top of each other. Our patented dry adhesive eliminates uneven patches typical of traditional brickwork; no bulging mortar whilst saving in excess of 20% in time and material during plastering. Our clean brick panel makes the superior quality visible even to the layman.

Inbuilt Lintel

Windows and doors - specified at design stage - are automatically built into the panel inclusive of lintels making all lifting activities on your building site redundant. This gives you the advantage of saving time, money and disposal of rubble. Fitted windows and doors also prevent loss of energy.

Integrated Electrical Installation Ducts

The blocks specifically developed for the RedBloc System include inbuilt electrical installation ducts. As the electrical installations are already taken into consideration at design stage, the blocks are arranged accordingly and can thus be delivered including complete with wiring, switches and socket drills upon request.
