Our production plant allows us to manufacture of up to 400m2 of brick wall per day in a fully automated setup. The plans drawn up by the architect are transferred onto the system, processed and translated into the required brick wall modules. This step completed, they are transferred to a robot in the production plant, which assembles and links the individual bricks using our patented dry adhesive. Our technology knows no boundaries: your brick walls can be manufactured to variable depth, high and length. Our water jet cutters cuts any shape into your brick wall thus giving you full artistic licence when creating your living space.

4. Adhesive Process
Next, a robotic arm applies the dry adhesive to the brick rows. The adhesive is designed for rapid drying, therefore, the newly produced wall can proceed to the next step immediately.
